How do I know which immigration program is right for me?
With a vast array of federal programs and dozens of unique streams through the Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), navigating your options can be overwhelming. During our consultation, we will assess your age, education, work experience, language skills, and family ties to determine the best program(s) for you, such as Express Entry, a specific PNP, or family sponsorship.
How long must I advertise a job before submitting an LMIA application?
Employers must advertise the job for at least 4 consecutive weeks on three different platforms, including Job Bank. At least one recruitment activity must remain active until a decision is made on the LMIA
